Representative engagements include:
Department of Justice. Engagement team is providing acquisition subject matter expertise for multiple agency-wide information technology and telecommunications acquisitions. Support includes project management, acquisition support such as drafting Statements of Work, Evaluation Plans, Evaluation Reports, and managing the evaluation process and communications among program, contract, legal, stakeholder, and vendor communities.
Pentagon Renovation Project. Engagement team developed methodology and conducted performance review of resource management operations. Reviewed and documented current state (“as-is”) processes, identified and recommended opportunities for improved effectiveness and efficiency, and documented and assisted in implementing future state (“to be”) procedures.
Defense Acquisition University. Provided legal and government contracting subject matter expertise in support of the development of contracts courseware.
California State Treasurer's Office. Documented requirements, processes and developed acquisition strategy and solicitation documents for new debt management system to manage the state's $100 billion public finance portfolio.
Department of the Treasury. Recommended and implemented improvements to program management office and program organizational structure, processes, and technology to improve performance of enterprise network which resulted in removal of the program as one of the top "at risk" Federal programs.
National Center for Telehealth and Technology. Provided project management, data analysis, and SharePoint development services.
Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. Supported strategic planning and enterprise architecture development of CFPB's enterprise network operations and infrastructure.
TRICARE Management Activity. Provided project management support for joint Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense Traumatic Brain Injury initiatives.
National Intrepid Center of Excellence. Developed information assurance and project management documentation pursuant to implementation of an Oracle-based continuity management tool to manage patient referral, care, and research operations.
National Industries for the Blind. Provided business continuity/continuity of operations planning services.
Pact, Inc. Conducted organizational change management associated with seven concurrent strategic initiatives including: strategic planning, organizational redesign, process improvement, human resources, financial management, and information technology initiatives.
Various government contractors. Supported numerous government contractor clients in developing pricing models, cost/pricing proposal volumes, GSA Federal Supply Schedule proposals, contract templates (i.e., non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontracts, etc.), Freedom of Information Act requests, and compliance activities.
